Please note that Happy Ending works best when consumed as a daily supplement for overall wellness – at any time of day, regardless of your intimate activity. Everyone's sensitivity to herbal wellness is different, some may feel some subtle effects immediately (15-45 minutes after eating a square), others feel the effects after taking an extra 1-3 squares about 15-45 minutes before an intimate experience. Alice Mushrooms are best taken daily, as a supplement. The most noticeable impacts are typically after 3+ weeks of consistent use. Hope this helps!
