This herbal blend is a beautiful traditional Welsh recipe that we’ve added our own herbalist's twist to.

It's called Solstice because this is often the times in the seasons calendar when our immune system is compromised: in winter these herbs help to relieve congestion, excess mucus, easing the symptoms of colds and flu and boosting immunity. And in the spring relieving congestion and inflammation due to hay fever.

Added a little bay laurel and cinnamon ease any tummy upset and they add to the immune potency of this blend.
